Iuliia is an artist! I have pretty short nails, my cuticles are usually a mess and I’ve had pretty negative experiences with nail techs cutting my cuticles so deep that I bleed. This was not the case with Iuliia. She was very meticulous and careful. My nails look amazing even with being very short! She was very patient with me and helped me find a design I loved. She took her time and I did not feel rushed at all! So grateful to have found her!
